Four-man bobsled results from the sixth stop on the IBSF North American Cup tour, held January 12, 2017. This was a one-heat race, the second half of a two-heat/two-race event.
Nick Cunningham came back from a bronze medal earlier in the day to take gold for the United States. The American was quickest all the way down Utah Olympic Park’s track, finishing .25 ahead of Race 5 winner, Brazilian Edson Bindilatti.
Youngjin Suk finished third for Korea, just .02 ahead of Geoffrey Gadbois of the United States. Hunter Church finished fifth to round out the American effort, while Lucas Mata finished sixth for Australia.
Taylor Austin finished seventh for Canada.
