Results from the seventh women’s skeleton race of the 2016/2017 IBSF European Cup, held January 19, 2017.
Tamara Seer won her fourth gold medal of the season. The German was the quickest off the top in both heats and quickest at the bottom as well, beatting teammate Luisa Hornung by just over a half second.
British slider Kimberley Murray finished with a bronze medal, .15 behind Hornung. Her teammate, Brogan Crowley, finished just outside the top ten in 11th.
Kellie Delka led the American effort with a tenth place run, three spots ahead of teammate Samantha Culiver. Culiver picked up a handful of spots after her first run, moving up from 15th to 13th.
Grace Dafoe finished 14th, also moving well up the leader board after her first run. The Canadian came into the second heat in 19th, but had the 10th quickest run in the second heat to move up.
French slider Agathe Bessard finished one spot behind Dafoe in 15th.
