From Whistler, CAN
(Nov. 4, 2017) Youngjin Suk & Hoon Ji kicked the 2017/2018 season off with a North American Cup win in Whistler.
The Koreans won the one-heat race over the Canadian team of Jeff McKeen & Keefer Joyce by just .08, while Americans Hunter Church & Hakeem Abdul-Saboor finished with a bronze medal.
The race was cut to a one-heat race after an extended track hold.
Canadian Taylor Austin piloted his sled to a fourth place finish, ahead of Aussie Lucas Mata and Chinese pilot Jian Jin, who rounded out the top six.
Stuart Chisholm finished 14th in the third Canadian sled.
