Rinaldi Wins 4-man NAC Gold

(Nov. 21, 2018) – Rudy Rinaldi won his third consecutive bobsled race, taking gold in the first of two North American Cup  4-man events in Park City.

The Monegasque was the quickest at nearly every split down the 2002 Olympic track on his way to a quarter-second victory over Great Britain’s Lamin Deen.

The win was Rinaldi’s first in North American Cup 4-man action since November 14, 2015 when he won in Calgary.

Dominik Dvorak won the bronze medal, a tenth of a second ahead of Great Britain’s Brad Hall. Chunjian Li of China and Michael Vogt of Switzerland rounded out the top six.

Hunter Church was the top finishing American in seventh, while teammate Geoff Gadbois finished ninth.

Canadian Christopher Spring finished eighth.
