Spring Wins NAC 2-man Finale

(Jan. 11, 2019) – Chris Spring won the North American Cup finale in Calgary, beating out previous race winner Geoff Gadbois in the process.

The three-time Olympian was the fastest off the top in both heats and had the quickest time at the bottom on his way to a .36 second victory over Gadbois one day after clinching the 2-man crown.

Gadbois finished second, just ahead of Great Britain’s Lamin Deen.

Frank Del Duca finished .01 behind Deen in fourth, while teammates Hunter Church and Tyler Hickey finished fifth and sixth.

Stuart Chisholm and John Krause finished ninth and tenth to round out the Canadian effort.
