Results from the eighth and final IBSF North American Cup two-man bobsled race of the 2016/2017 season, held January 23, 2017.
Nick Cunningham set the fast time in both heats on his way to a gold medal in the final NAC two-man bobsled race of the season.
Cunningham, pushed by Hakeem Abdul-Saboor, was the quickest off the top, and at every split down the track on his way to a decisive 1.58 second victory over the field.
The battle for silver was much closer, with Youngjin Suk for Korea edging Brazil’s Edson Bindilatti by .02. Bindilatti, in turn, was just .07 ahead of fourth place finisher Taylor Austin.
Hunter Church and Geoffrey Gadbois rounded out the American effort in fifth and sixth, respectively.
Jeff McKeen finished ninth and Parker Reid 12th in the remaining Canadian sleds.
