From Umhausen, AUT
(February 8, 2025) – Tobias Paur and Andreas Hofer slid to their second career World Cup victory in the Umhausen eliminator bracket racing event.
With the smaller field, there was only one semifinal race between the two Slovakian teams, with Gabriel and Samuel Halcin being out Peter and Dominik Neupauer to go onto the finals.
In the finals, Paur and Hofer edged out World Cup leaders Maxmilian Pichler and Nico Edlinger by .23 to win gold. The Austrians finished .2 ahead of Matthias and Peter Lambacher, with Lambacher and Lambacher in third.

With their win, Pauer and Hofer pulled even with the Lambachers in the season standings. Pichler and Edlinger lead, by 45 points, and may have clinched the season title depending on how many teams show up to the season finale in Deutschnofen.
