(Jan. 11, 2019) – Kim Kalicki won her second consecutive IBSF European Cup bobsled race, cruising to a .35 second victory over teammate Laura Nolte.
Kalicki, racing in only her second event of the season, was the quickest at every split along the Austrian track to beat out Nolte. The two Germans were well over a second ahead of bronze medalist Alena Osipenko.
Eveline Rebsamen had the best race of her young career as a pilot with a fourth place finish, ahead of China’s Mingming Huai and Qing Ying who tied for fifth.
