Feb. 20, 2021 – Kimberley Bos closed out her spectacular 2020/2021 season with a dominant win in the Intercontinental Cup finale in Igls.
Bos was the only woman under 54 seconds in both heats on her way to a .85 second victory over Germany’s Susanne Kreher. It was the second straight win for Bos in Igls and her third top five in as many races.
Kreher’s silver was her fourth straight medal and enough to win the season title.
Sarah Wimmer rounded out the medals in third, .42 behind Kreher.
Italy’s Alessandra Fumagalli finished fourth, ahead of Corinna Leipold and Anastasia Trufanova, who rounded out the top six.
