Rissling Stays Perfect in Monobob World Series

From Lake Placid, USA

(December 14, 2021) – Canada’s Alysia Rissling once again won gold in the Women’s Monobob World Series to stay perfect on the season in the discipline.

Rissling lowered her own track record down to a 57.33 in the first heat to open up a .48 second advantage over Australia’s Ashleigh Werner. On the second run it was Werner with the quick run of the heat, but only by .01 over Rissling. That gave Rissling the victory, her seventh straight in monobob and tenth between monobob and two-woman on the season.
