Dec. 9, 2019 – Taylor Austin won both IBSF North American Cup 2-man races in Park City on Monday, with the second run of the first race counting as the finish of the second race.
In that race, Austin had both the fast start and the quick downtime on his way to a .76 second victory over the United States’ Nick Cunningham.
Cunningham, making his first start since the 2018 Olympic Games, eased into two silver medals, ahead of Canada’s Jeff McKeen, who won his second bronze medal of the day.
Ji Hoon finished fourth, ahead of Marley Linhares and Patrick Norton, who rounded out the top six.
