Jan. 16, 2021 – Nicole Vogt won her second straight Women’s Monobob World Series race, cruising to victory in Park City.
Vogt had the two fastest times of the race on her way to a .94 second victory over Jamaica’s Carrie Russell. With her win, Vogt remained perfect on the season.
Russell’s silver medal was her first of the season, as she finished .46 ahead of Brazil’s Marina Silva Tuono in third.
The United States rounded out the top six, with Riley COmpton, Jenna Weidner, and Lauren Brzozowski finishing fourth through sixth, respectively.
Brzozowski had the two fastest starts of the race.
