From Yanqing, CHN
(January 12, 2026) – Wengang Yan once again slid to a decisive victory in Yanqing, beating teammate Zhongxu Lin by 1.69 seconds.
Yna opened up a .48 second lead over Lin in the first heat. His second slide was nearly .7 quicker than his first, and with everyone else in the second heat slower than their first, he pulled away handily to win by nearly two seconds.
For his part, Lin was over a full second ahead of teammat Aoyu Zhang in third, with Zhang another .42 ahead of Qinzhou Bai in fourth.
Rongcun Zhang was fifth, with Japan’s Hayto Kwano sixth.
