Jan. 8, 2020 – Taylor Austin won gold for the second race of the January 8 4-man event. The second heat of Race 6 counted as Race 7 for the IBSF North American Cup, and Austin’s heat was .39 quicker than Nick Cunningham’s time.
Cunningham won his fifth straight 4-man silver medal since coming out of retirement with a second place finish.
Geoff Gadbois was the only other slider within a second of Austin, finishing third. Bryan Berghorn finished fourth, ahead of Jeff McKeen in fifth.
